We also offer complete manufacturing solutions through our sister company, L&G Industrial Products. L&G Industrial Products utilizes advanced technology from IMA to provide seamless integration of any size project using lightweight boards. The BIMA is a state of the industry machine providing multi-function capabilities including support edge and edge banding for lightweight boards up to 100mm thick.

Design Assistance:
An Avian materials specialist will answer your construction questions, source supplies and resources, create your bill of material and offer quoting expertise. We work with your team of professionals to bring your design ideas to completion so you can bring exciting new products to market.

Logistics Support:
Avian logistics options allow you to carry and manage your own inventory, while taking advantage of our purchasing power and preferred vendor relationships. From full containers and truck loads to specific skids of lightweight boards, Avian will provide all the shipping logistics to get the board you need delivered to the locations you request, realizing maximum savings in the process.

Just in Time Inventory Management:
The capacity and capability of Avian is more than our specialization of lightweight panels. Our advanced inventory, supply and shipping system can provide Just in Time material to accommodate your production time lines. Centrally controlled, Avian will get you the products you need - where you need them - when you need them.

Cut-to-Size Services:
Taking Just in Time to a whole new level! L&G provides cut-to-size services, delivering lightweight board ready for immediate assembly at your facility. This program allows any size company to reduce capital equipment expenses and staffing by providing raw or finished lightweight board custom cut to your size specifications.

Complete Product Manufacturing:
You provide the design specs; Avian does the rest. Utilizing our domestic manufacturing facility, we can manufacture your designs; including cutting, edge banding, machining and hardware placement; assemble complete units and ship them anywhere around the world.

Warehousing:
Short on space? Avian has warehousing space for lightweight panels or finished products. We pride ourselves on a clean and organized warehouse with multiple shipping docks, conveniently located near the Grand Rapids International Airport.
