Fewer Cuts
Master sheets of Avian Lightweight board are available in sizes as large as 18’ x 14’ with standard master sheets measuring 12’ x 8’. Standard chipboard or MDF board would be far too heavy to work with at these very large panel sizes, but with lightweight board, the large sheets means fewer cuts and fewer seams.

Protecting our natural resources is everyone’s responsibility. Avian Lightweight board utilizes 50% less timber, and utilizes 100% recycled cardboard for the interior core making Avian Lightweight one of the most environmentally conscious panels in the United States. The boards are harvested from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) managed forest to ensure proper management and certification.
